Women Leading Cambodia’s Business Renaissance: Insights from Bayon RDTM Group CEO
In celebration of International Women’s Day, De Montfort University Cambodia (DMUC) hosted a special event highlighting the growing influence of women in business leadership. The session, titled “Women Leading Cambodia’s Business Renaissance Strategies: From Bayon Group’s Success,” brought together students and professionals to explore how women leaders are shaping Cambodia’s evolving business landscape.
The event featured The Dalen, CEO of Bayon RDTM Group, who shared insights from her leadership journey and the strategies behind Bayon Group’s success in Cambodia’s dynamic food and hospitality sector. Her talk offered valuable perspectives on resilience, innovation, and the importance of empowering women to lead and drive meaningful change in the business world.
On the same day, DMUC also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Bayon RDTM Group, strengthening the connection between academia and Cambodia’s F&B industry. This partnership will create new opportunities for students through industry exposure, practical learning experiences, and collaboration with one of the country’s dynamic hospitality groups.
Held on 05 March 2026 at De Montfort University Cambodia, the event served as more than just a talk. It provided attendees with direct insights into leadership, entrepreneurship, and real business strategies, inspiring students and aspiring leaders to learn from one of Cambodia’s influential female business figures.
