We welcome applications from local Cambodian students and international students with a wide range of qualifications and experience.

The application process can be slightly different depending on whether you are a local Cambodian student or international student. Our goal is to make the application process as simple as possible.

Step 1 - Applying to DMU Cambodia is easy. As a prospective student you can register your interest through our website. Once you have discussed your interest with our Admissions team you will be able to complete the Application Form. There is an Application fee of US$100 at this stage.

The application must include any copies of your passport and all relevant academic transcripts and certificates of English language qualifications or other information required for your application.

Step 2 - Receive an offer. We will log your application and you will receive one of the following decisions by email:

Unconditional Offer – you meet the entry criteria. Your place will be reserved until you accept or decline your offer.

Conditional Offer – you still need to submit outstanding documents. Your place will be reserved until you meet the rest of the entry criteria.

Alternative Course ‘Cross-Offer’ – based on your qualifications or personal statement, the university think you’re a better fit for a different, but similar course.

Unsuccessful – you do not meet the entry criteria. We will always try and discuss any other options with you where possible

Step 3 - Meet your conditions - If you are holding an unconditional offer, you have met all of the conditions. If you have a conditional offer, then you will need to email your outstanding documents to us. If your offer is conditional on meeting the English language requirements, then you may want to consider a pre-sessional English course at our Centre for English Language Learning.

Step 4 - Accept your offer - To accept your offer you will need to pay a $1500 security fee deposit towards the tuition fees. This demonstrates your commitment to enrolling at DMU Cambodia.

Step 5 - Apply for visa - You will then need to apply for a visa if applicable.

Step 6 – Review and book accommodation - Once you have accepted your offer (conditional or unconditional), we recommend that you start reviewing the accommodation options available to you to ensure that you are in the best position to secure the quality and type of accommodation in a location and budget that meets your needs.

Step 7 - Arrange your finances - You will need to arrange for the remainder of your fees (minus your deposit) and living costs to be available to pay according to our fee schedule.

Step 8 – Pre-arrival – our team will be in touch with important information and a welcome pack.

Step 9 - Arrange your travel – If you are travelling to Phnom Penh then you will then need to arrange your travel as applicable.

Step 10 – Welcome to DMU Cambodia! – we will be available to help you transition quickly and easily into living and studying at our university in Phnom Penh.
